Both are a little dickish. The woman slightly moreso. If people block bike paths when I'm riding I usually just say something like "you know this is for bikes right?" then go around. Starting an argument is pointless.

The women are assholes for illegally parking and not apologizing/getting out of the way; the biker is an asshole for forcing a confrontation while filming it so they could be an internet victim/internet shame the perps when going around and avoiding the mess was easy-peasy.

They're all assholes here, but he's the biggest one for posting the video online for validation from other bikers.

A little bit of both. She could have handled it better, but was probably thinking that no matter what she said to him would not matter so she just let loose.

Camera guy LOOKS for confrontation regularly in my opinion. He strikes me as just another YouTube Commando.

Both of them wasted time jawing at one another which only served to keep the lane blocked longer.

i'd be an asshole just because of the way she responded to me. I don't think he's wrong to tell her she's not supposed to park there, right next to the don't park here sign. So what happens when he's now forced to go into the auto lane and in mowed down by the next asshole not paying attention to what their supposed to be doing. And then theirs the other asshole thats getting involved in something shes not even a apart of.

I thought he was decent at first. Instead of saying something bitchy, he asked in a manor to make sure she actually knew she was illegally parked or not. " Ma'am, did you know this isn't parking?"

Instead of admitting she made a mistake, with a " Ooops, sorry, leaving now ...." She replied with a shitty excuse and fired the first shot with the dismissive "You can keep going"

After hearing her attitude, for me it would no longer be about the parking.

Yes, he could have easily gone around, but that doesn't address her laziness and shit parking job.

Oh without a doubt it's the women.

I'm no cycling rights advocate or anything but parking in the lane reserved for cyclists because you were "just running inside for a minute" means cyclists are pulling out into car lanes in front of drivers expecting them to keep to the cycling lane. It's a good way to get somebody seriously injured of killed and the blame falls directly on Ms. "I Can Park Wherever I Want If It's Convenient For Me". Just imagine you're the driver that blasts the cyclist pulling into traffic because of her. That's something you're going to carry with you forever

she is the asshole. She is forcing bikes to move into traffic when there is a bike lane. Also her reaction was unacceptable. it is clearly a bike lane. She is thinking that because it is a bike lane it is okay to block.
